"We have been residents at this location since January 2023 (almost a year) and alerted the property manager & team of the major noise violations that started October 1st, 2023 when they had their new maintenance technician employee move in above our apartment. This tenant & employee will stay up until 1AM thumping, sounds like knocking items over and sometimes having their child screaming. We have filed many warnings to the property manager & team. We were then notified on November 1st to call the non-emergency police and courtesy officer to have third party documentation. We followed their commands and called them 8 times over the 30 days. To this date 12/12/23 we have had zero resolution and the property manager has gone MIA. This is absolutely horrific because we have been amazing tenants, but I can not continue to be kept up until 1AM most nights. Obviously they are taking side of employee versus tenant. How you all handle problems goes to show how you all manage your location. We gave you many chances to make this up and because of how you handled this situation and have zero care about our well being. This is why we are leaving a 1 star."

"This apartment complex is a great place to live. Convenient to everything! Beautifully kept community, with very spacious apartments. I love that the community is smoke free and the environment is very peaceful. They have great amenities. The clubhouse is beautifully designed. You can simply unwind in front of the fire pit, by the pool, work out in the fitness center, play pool while watching a basketball ball game or simply enjoy a cup of coffee. The complex staff is great. Management is friendly. Maintenance is quick to address any issues and responds in a timely manner."

Teresa, with her infectious warmth and accessibility, has made interactions effortless and pleasant. A special shout-out to Michelle from the maintenance department. Each interaction with her is underscored by her cheerful attitude, vast expertise, and unparalleled service ethic. Her dedication is palpable, and it undoubtedly elevates the quality of our living experience. Not to be overlooked, Alfredo's commitment to his responsibilities shines brightly. He never fails to meet, and often surpasses, our expectations with his exemplary work. Beyond the stellar staff, the community itself is a testament to beauty and serenity. Moreover, the sense of community is unparalleled, with wonderful neighbors who are friendly, considerate, and contribute positively to the pleasant ambiance of the place. To wrap up, I feel compelled to express my profound appreciation for the collective efforts of the management and maintenance teams, as well as the wonderful community they foster. Their consistent endeavors transform this place from just another apartment complex to a genuine, welcoming home. If you’re looking for a great place to live I highly suggest it!"

"Decent place, but somewhat lacking in amenities and if you smoke or vape you have to leave the property entirely to do so across the road, and under current management it’s not safe for LGBTQ+ renters who value their privacy. If management finds out that you’re trans, they’ll disclose that extremely personal information to others who work for the company, such as maintenance. Very unprofessional and generally not cool. Edited to add: my nephew’s wife worked at a sister property and was forced to put in a 2 weeks’ notice AND they were unlawfully evicted from their apartment they were renting here, given 2 weeks to move out so someone else could move in a week after that. Shady, shady business."

"I'd like to edit my review, originally I had a bad experience due to an old staff member who would make inappropriate comments but I have not seen him since I complained and there is new staff here who are respectful and kind. They are very pet friendly providing complimentary dog treats in the community area, and also have nice clean amenities. I enjoy their pool table and my husband and I love their 2 bedroom apartment floor plan. I've gotten used to our apartment facing the road and now it's just background noise but it did have me losing sleep for the first few weeks of moving here so just keep that in mind if getting an apartment facing the road. Also I highly suggest getting blackout curtains for the all night sidewalk lights they're great for late night walks not so great for sleep. The rooms are spacious, easy to decorate due to the agreeable grey walls, they have walking trails for family and pet walks, easy to use mailboxes, and are close to just about everything."
