"I have been staying in this community for 5 years . Initial days the management always took care and listen to the problems and was resolved in time . Presently lot of problems 1) Swimming pool not operating during summer. 2) No proper play area for kids. 3) You need to pay for administrative fees, valet garbage fees, storage fees, pest control and amenities fees ( there are no amenities but you still pay ) for which the management do not have explanation, but you as a renter mandatory need to pay. 4) no proper maintenance team. Last 6 months there has been delay on every small request. 5) parking is a big time problem . 6) cockroaches and insects are big time No maintenance director stays here 6 months or so, probably they are aware of the issues with the community management and senior management . “ commitments are not respected anymore”"

"The apt is beautiful! The office staff are super friendly and professional. It’s very quiet and right next to everything. The community is small enough that it really does feel like a home but downtown Raleigh is only 15 mins away and downtown Cary is only 10 mins away. The staff have been helpful from the start. This is my first apt and from the start of the application to now they have answered any of my questions and saw that everything was taken care of."

"Everyone in this community has been wonderful. The office staff are so welcoming and continuously go above and beyond to address any issue. The few times a package hasn't been delivered to my front door they always keep it in a secure location so I know it's safe. There are community events through the month so you can get to know your neighbors and make some friends!"

From the moment I moved in, the management and staff have been incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Any maintenance requests are promptly addressed, and they always go above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable and happy. The location is perfect - close to amenities and green spaces. I enjoy taking leisurely walks around the neighborhood and exploring nearby places. The apartment itself is well-maintained, spacious, and comes with modern appliances.
