"I lived at Towne Station from 2014 until 2023 and everything was fine until the new manager Tracy started working there. She is rude and unprofessional. I asked several times to at least get a carpet cleaning after 8 years of living there and all the other apartments had been remodeled. I gave a 2 week notice to leave the apartment and since I was breaking my lease I was told as long as the apartment gets a new tenant I wouldn't be charged which was the case. I got 2 Bills after that, one for the remaining time including the two weeks and then a second and final statement for damages and fees which I paid right away. Now 4 months later I received an email stating that they owed me $1,100 that was to be refunded to me. I wrote several emails to ask when would I receive this money and I didn't get any response from Tracy (She was never at the premises apparently since that was the excuse) Then I was told that They don't know why I received that email for a refund. I wasn't aware of any refunds until they emailed me I responded and I was told that Tracy would contact me. She never did and I emailed again to see what's going on and mentioned that obviously Tracy doesn't want to bother contacting me. A few minutes later they send me an email saying that I owe now $2,500. Her way to handle her position is the most unprofessional. This new charge makes absolutely no sense since I moved 4 months ago. I hope her management team looks into her ways on handling their property. I don't care about the refund and this new charges should be removed immediately. This was only her way to shut me down or intimidate me."
"If I could give this apartment complex zero stars, I would. From day one, it has been a complete disaster. Let's start with the management – utterly unprofessional and indifferent. They promise you the moon during the leasing process, but once you sign that lease, good luck getting any assistance. Noise is a constant companion here. Thin walls mean you get to enjoy every note of your neighbor's music, every argument, and every footstep. Forget about any semblance of peace or quiet. It's like living in a never-ending frat party. Parking is a nightmare. If you arrive home after 6 PM, good luck finding a spot within walking distance of your building. I've circled the lot like a vulture more times than I care to count."
"I will be moving in a few weeks across the country and Susan is one of staff members from the lease department (the best that I ever found) ) who went above and beyond to help me find my new apartment . Susan is very courteous, caring, honest and very informative detail person , who really make you feel welcome from the very beginning as a new member of the neighbourhood/family of Town Station Lofts. Thank you Susan for your patience with me and fulfilling my needs in finding my new home. I counting the days to be in my new apartment."
"I don’t reside here, but I did a tour for Town Station and Town Station Lofts. The experience exceeded my expectations and Susan was amazing! The area is extremely quiet. I love being able to have the options between two apartment models! Great place to look at if you’re considering relocation."
"Moved from across the country without seeing the unit or visiting the area and I have been so incredibly lucky! Town Station Lofts is in such a great area with lots of food options and stores close by! The community is calm and quiet despite it being summer! I can’t believe how easy Susan made the entire leasing process from across the country! There was a hiccup with the unit I was going to move into but Susan made sure that I was taken care of. The commutation from before I even signed the lease has been phenomenal. Everyone has been so wonderful to work with and so welcoming! I am so thankful that I found Town Station Lofts! I’ve never had such an amazing move in experience with an apartment complex before. I can’t wait to see what this next year brings in my new home!"
