"I recently moved from a 2 to a 1 bedroom in this complex. While not super fancy, the apartments are well maintained and very well priced. They almost always come to fix things the same day requests are put in as well. Everyone on the staff has been very nice and welcoming here. Would highly recommend for other graduate students looking for a place to live."

"I lived at Rock Creek apartments for 4 years ! 2 years in a 2 bedroom, 2 years in a 1 bedroom. I Love these older apartments. Although the cabinets are older, the appliances were in good working order and anytime I ever needed maintenance, they were Johnny on the spot !.... I think they have been updating the apartments as well.The area is peaceful, and I always felt safe. The city bus has a stop directly in front, the bus was always on time and ran often. The high school is right around the corner if you have older kids. If you have a dog, the sidewalks are well maintained and have plenty of shade. If I ever had to rent in the area again, I'd definitely head back to Rock Creek. Thank you to the office staff for your friendly and professional work...y'all were great !"

"This was one of the best places I have lived in. When I moved to North Carolina as a student, I lived in a unsafe environment and had to move mid year, which was challenging. I found Rock creek apartments and pretty much hoped for the best. Upon viewing these apartments I was instantly hooked just by the kindness and friendliness of the leasing agent who did the tour. Living here has been great! Maintenance is fast and efficient. The maintenance men are also so kind and respectful of your home. They typically fix any issue withing a day or two. The office staff are always friendly and respond promptly. The gym and pool are clean and well maintained. The environment overall is calm. There are mostly families and students living in this complex. I have had no issues with loud neighbors or violence. I feel safe and comfortable living here. Rent is affordable for the area as well which is a huge perk. The apartment itself is up to date, relatively new appliances, flooring, fresh paint, etc. I would highly recommend this complex."
