"Roaches everywhere, even found them in my fridge and freezer. Opened the cabinet and found them crawling on my pantry items. When the office sent pest control over, the exterminator was shocked to find egg sacks in the fridge seal. This place is disgusting and unsafe."

"Ms Rhonda is the goat herself ! Management is always helpful and working hard , they go above and beyond to take care of you , and what I love the most is they take ownership of there mistakes and really solve all problems, apartments are great size! I will be renewing my lease next year !"

"Rented here in 2020, they haven't stopped sending me emails but when I have tried to call and email about the eviction on my record when DURING COVID during when we did NOT have to pay rent did they put a notice that they unfortunately for them misworded as pay 3000 dollars or vacate the property I vacated. After calling repeatedly and emailing about the situation I just gave up. Came here to give this review because im aggravated about their spam emails everyday"

"Nice, neat, and clean space to enjoy Orange county. My unit has been renovated with new appliances. Great team of management who are available to address any needs. Very considerate neighbors who respect each other's boundaries and space. In addition, outside ammenties which are also updated to fit my recreational needs. I'm pleased!"

"I usually don’t write reviews especially not bad ones but this one had do be done. In the final days of my lease, a major water leak in the unit above mine caused the ceiling to start caving in, staining on the ceiling, and flooding throughout my apartment. I was out of town when the incident occurred and came home to a wet nasty mess of an apartment. I was informed the staff was aware of the major leaking in the unit above but that they didn’t think to check the units below. When I reached out to apartment staff on a Friday night, I was asked if I could clean up the water so that maintenance didn’t have to come until the following Monday. So for at least four days I was supposed to deal with ceilings falling in, wet walls and ceilings, and cleaning up water damage on the floor all so staff didn’t have to deal with it until Monday. Hoping they can do better in the future."
