"Systemic wealth extraction from NC to a company in GA to some weirdo in NJ that is making everyone's life worse. Reports of refusal to meet and potentially threatens anyone who has questions. Nobody answers the phones anymore as it could potentially be a creepy ghost town of people desperate to get out. No response or answering the phones. People who work for the management company apparently are paid in food cards. Most the pictures make this appear to be a disaster waiting to happen. Will be contacting health department asap."
"Future Resident I must say this Ms. Garcia❤️Ms. Virginia❤️ and Ms. Sasha❤️ and the maintenance team ❤️are doing a great job. They will go above and beyond to make sure the tenants are well taken care of..They are making changes to the property and we have a open pool, community events. I have been at the property for 6 months and it's not a brand new apt so there will be issues. They are working hard to fix issues and I have seen 1st hand that when you call they take care of the matter....thank you. They are not only the leasing team we are family at Trinity... If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful, loving atmosphere come at talk to those beautiful ladies in the leasing office."
"You know I thought we had found a place to call home finally. I thought we’d finally be able to settle down. We’ve been in the apartment for 4 months. Then we got terrible water damage. Jared was there I trusted everything would be taken care of. Two weeks in a hotel we find out Jared no longer works there neither does Hollie the regional manager. It’s going on one month. Not one repair has been done. They even took court papers out on me for not paying rent in a place we don’t even live in. I mean the pure negligence of the old and current management is just ridiculous. Black mold has started to grow everywhere. They said vendors was coming a week ago nothing has been done. The water damage came from the top apartment so if I have mold growing they have mold growing and the neighbors beside and around is needs to be concerned also. They take time to post court papers on the door twice. Knowing the condition of the apartment as if we just choose not to pay rent. These are just a few pictures of what it currently looks like inside our once beautiful apartment. They ain’t got it under control. Move here if you want too. Worse decision I made. That’s how I feel."
"By far the worst application process I have experienced. A complete waste of time and money. All they do is play victim and make excuses- even up to the regional manager. I will say the tour was great, I really liked the place for the upgrades/price/sign on deal so I applied right away as requested to qualify for the deal… after that - crickets. You’re better off throwing $200 (app and holding fee) in the trash. There has been NO correspondence or follow ups initiated from them since applying. They never answer the phone and when they do they inform you that another part of the process is pending but never initiate to the next step until you FINALLY get them on the phone after several attempts to reach out. I viewed with 2 friends and we all have had the same experience. I toured on July 17th my move in day was supposed to be today July 28th. Never received a lease agreement. If they treat future prospects that way, I could only imagine being a tenant at this complex. Furthermore, before you initiate that robotic response - no I would not like to call and talk to you about a situation you are aware of. Actively attempt to do better."
"Do not make the mistake I have taken by not believing all the negative reviews. THEY ARE ALLL TRUE! Do NOT live here unless you like to be waken up in the morning by flying waterbug roaches in your unit, gnats from the drains, the sound of raccoons living underneath your floor boards, waiting weeks to months for a maintenance request to be fulfilled, not being able to use the amenities, rude leasing staff, clumsy maintenance staff, inconvenient parking, trash all over the premises and paying a ridiculous amount of money for all of that at once. I do not live here anymore, but I do advise NO ONE to ever live here. The buildings for this complex are INHABITABLE! While moving out, I found BLACK MOLD in many different areas of my unit, contaminating many of my personal belongings. The black mold coming from months of water leaking from toilet pipes, tub/shower pipes, washer pipers, sink pipes, that have all been ignored and neglected by the maintenance staff. Literally sticking tape over the leaks. POTENTIAL LEASERS; do yourself a favor and don’t even tour this place. DO NOT MOVE IN! OWNERS/STAFF; do the world a favor and shut down the place. We all know you all aren’t able to afford the upkeep of these buildings. And renovating the leasing office isn’t going to help"
