Crocs Roosevelt Field Mall

"Employees don’t know how to direct themselves to customers. Store closed at 7PM, we entered at 6:30. There was 2 other people in the store. Employee YELLED out “store closes in 3 minutes” after having yelled that out, she starts clapping and yelling like she had children in her store. Horrible behavior when there was more than 25 minutes left to browse. I’d understand if we walked in at 6:58."

"My wife was treated terribly here today. The employee at the register was very rude and short with her. Then when we tried to give feedback on our visit there was no link on the receipt. So, I then reached out to the customer service so I could give a review of our experience. Customer service said they would give me an agent to speak with. I waited over an hour and never recieved any contact from one of their agents. Customer service was seriously lacking. I would be very wary of returning to this store location."

"Great store! Great staff! Thanks Donavan for an easy return of an online order! Well stocked store, helpful staff, reminds me of days gone by in retail, when the customer was the priority! I was exchanging an online order that was not on the shelf. Donavan OFFERED to look in the back. As I waited, two other staffers offered assistance. I was given alternatives that were very close and as I tried them out, voila, Donavan found the exact replacement in my size! I have to travel 40 minutes and pay a toll to reach this branch of Crocs, and today’s experience makes it worthwhile!"

"I have been a fan of Crocs for many years… I have had the Classic Clog in black for the last 15 years, and I was so frustrated when they broke because it was the only shoe I enjoyed wearing!! When I went to the Roosevelt Field Mall Crocs store, I was assisted by Joshua, and it was the best experience I’ve ever had!! I work in sales and customer service for a living, and I thought he was the sales person everyone deserves to have!! He was very honest with me, and didn’t try to upsell me. Plus, I felt that he was really passionate about the brand which speaks a lot!! I really only wanted the classic clog, but he convinced me in a positive way to get the Real Terrain clog that’s so incredibly comfortable!! To be honest, I would send everyone I know that wears crocs to Roosevelt Field just for him!! While I know people move on, I hope he never leaves Crocs because I need him every time I need crocs!! If you need crocs, go to Roosevelt Field Mall and ask for Joshua because it will be worthwhile!!"

"Premium customer service, by far! Thank you Christian. I visited the Croc store in Roosevelt Field, yesterday. For the most part I was just looking around, but right before I left, I went to the back to check out the specials. I was interested in a white pair of sandals with silver glitter. Christian was behind the register. He commented on how they looked on my feet (too big), and came from behind the register and proceeded to assist me by choosing different styles for me to try on after finding out what colors and styles I like. He made some other suggestions, and I went along with trying them on. After saying thank you 3X and ready to leave. He reeled me back in, and I left with 2 pairs. I haven't seen customer service, and amazing sales technique like this in a very long time. Christian, I appreciated the one on one customer experience. He should truly be training the upcoming new hire, for sure."
