"Worst manager I’ve ever seen, I went to return dress that i bought recently and didn’t wear it, dress had deodorant stains ( I think I bought with stains and didn’t pay attention to it), the manager refused to give me refund, only store credit which was unacceptable for me, I returned dress anyway with full refund at another location, later I realized that she didn’t want to help me with return because she is too lazy and no manager likes return of items ( loosing money )."

"Store 8201 is amazing!!! I was helped by Idalis and her manager Rachette who are by far the best customer service representatives in any clothing store I have ever met. I had to return something for my finance and they both helped me both complete the return and find something new for him, that he loved! I couldn't ask for a better experience."

"I'm a big fan of banana republic, so I hold the stores to very high standards. This particular location had great variety for both women and men. The women's section was bigger. They have a section for petite women. A section for clearance (sale on sale) Staff are professional and friendly. The store is nicely organized. Great shopping experience; highly recommended."

"You'll find the same items here as any other Banana Republic however I only give this place 3 stars because the employees seem unprofessional. They are either seemingly too busy to be bothered or impolite. If an employee is working on inventory (eg stocking or folding) they won't stop to ask if you need help even if you look like you need it. Sometimes the workers won't even talk to you except for the words "next", your total price, and the steps to input payment by credit card. You may not get a greeting, a goodbye, a thank you, or even that this is your receipt they are handing you. They'll just put the receipt on the table in front of you or hand it to you in silence."
