"I was greeted when I entered the store to pick up 2 online orders. Everyone seemed pretty nice except this huge lady with pink hair/pink braids. I’m not sure why she offered to get my order from the back when she began to give me attitude after I inquired about a missing item from my order. She was very impatient and asked Kelly to assist me further since she was too busy having a temper tantrum because a first time customer is asking questions. Maybe next time don’t make the customer feel uncomfortable for trying to inquire about their order. I will not be returning to this location. I rather shop at a Torrid where my questions can be answered without an attitude. Thank you Kelly for stepping in and explaining."
