"If I could give zero stars I would! Bought a giftcard for a friend and it was sent to me in canadian dollars. The website didn’t indicate that it was CAD when I bought it or checked out. It only had dollar and amount as options. When I called customer service they were not helpful and said they could not transfer the giftcard to US$. Basically I just threw $150 away. Never shopping here again! Horrible customer service! I’m not asking for a refund only for the correct currency which should have been American dollars!"

"If you love it when the staff approaches you and tries to help you find what you need, you'll love it here. They will follow you to your dressing room and swing by every now and then to see if you need a different size. I find it to be a little bit pushy and overbearing, but some people love it. I don't like that the dressing rooms dont have mirrors, forcing you to step out and see if you like the outfit in public. I also dont like that they are stocked poorly. I can never find the pants that I see online and want to try in person."

"Aritzia is a very interesting place to shop. The quality of the clothes is very good. They have casual clothes and Simi formal clothes. Some of their clothes remind me of Lululemon clothes. Awesome little place."
