"Terrible customer service. This store is supposed to close at 8:00pm on Monday. I drove 30min to this store for a quick return and arrived at 7:59pm, only to find that the door had already been closed. There are plenty of sales people inside. I asked them to open the door. One sales person showed me her cell phone that it was 7:59pm but she insisted it is supposed to close by 7:59 and would not open the door. After we talked for a minute, the other sales person said “ it is 8 now, and we are closed”. How rude it is they refused to work for a customer who took all the time and effort to arrive at the store within normal store hours!"

"Nice digs-- but the merch on display/for purchase is for the size 2 to 6 set (although the establishment DOES sell LARGER sizes .. ) I went in looking for a wonderful pair of green trousers I saw on the website-- Yet absolutely nothing resembled what I'm hoping for in my fall repertoire. And the staff seemed far from interested in waiting on me... I did get a hearty "hello" from a gentleman who appeared to be part of management-- but that was the end of the story... I'll stick to shopping on the website. Not impressed at all!"

"Staff are excellent for the most part if you're willing to go out of your way to ask for help. They gladly gave fashion and fitment advice when politely asked. Definitely understaffed in the men's area, but the gentlemen that were there did help me. Recommended."

"If you love feeling invisible give this place a go. Terrible customer service (just like most J.Crew stores). This one takes the cake for most employees gathered around a register pretending you aren't worthy."
