"In this short time the new management has made improvements to The Willows apartments. Derek and Rafael have been very helpful and always a pleasure to work with. They have been very kind and quickly respond to problems."

"Repairs not getting done or being tracked. Important paperwork not being accounted for and requiring multiple submissions. Payment portal being switched between 3 different apps within one year. Destroyed gates never really being fixed. Painting of buildings not finished during warm weather. New paint running and streaking down the buildings, looks terrible."

"Love my living space, not so much management and their slow-to-react mentality. Exterior building painting has been put on hold for 2 months with no update as to when it will be done. Unable to furnish balcony until done. Trash valet routinely leaves trash outside of doors or leaves bags altogether. Ive been open and communicative with management with zero-resolutions/follow-ups. They do offer community updates but none of these things have been addressed after multiple callouts."
