"The guy who was working the front desk on 9/27 was absolutely rude. This was our first time in so I wasn’t familiar with the building. I asked where the restroom was and he was annoyed that he had to remove his earbud to hear me. Later, I asked if we were allowed to open a belt to try it since it was packaged. Once again, he was upset that he had to remove his earbud. He kept reiterating that I needed a gi if I wanted to try it on. I explained that I knew that but rephrased my question. He continued to say that I needed a gi and rolled his eyes. He was very unprofessional. I tried to be understanding, but it seemed that any customer presence was a nuisance to him. If I didn’t need a gi belt today, I definitely wouldn’t have purchased from this business."
