"Worst property managers ever!!! We have been renting a property for 5 years. These people were not managing the property when we originally signed our lease. They took over 6 months into our first year lease. They come in and do inspections every 6 months to tell you how to live but when it comes to doing their job...forget it! We've been waiting almost 2 months for repairs that are serious. We can't even cook meals in this house without pieces of ceiling falling in our food. A driveway that is eating up tires because they refuse to put any gravel down. They replaced our bathroom vanity 2 years ago and it was never right and still isn't. If you care about your property, hire anyone but these people."

"They never fix anything. If they do it takes forever. I went without a second bathroom 2x 3 months first time 6 months the next. When I moved out after 4 yrs paying on time being a clean and helpful tenant. They keep my deposit. Now there are fixing everything with the house."
