"Poor management company, took over 2 months of arguing and talking to lawyers to get my security deposit back, building isn't secure despite needing a key fob to get in, no way to let guests in unless you go get them yourself, tow company they use for parking is awful, no amenities except for a tiny "gym", lots of homeless and criminal activity being just a block away from the Mission, some neighbors don't clean up after their dogs peeing in the hallways and elevator. Only redeeming qualities are the nice maintenance guy and the location."

"This place is not worth the price they want. I rented a one bedroom and though it was cute it was ridiculously small. There were literally no amenities. Your car isn’t safe parked outside because of the area it is in a lot of criminal activity. Peoples cars kept getting broken into. They never even considered a way for residents to buzz in their guest. If someone comes to visit you have to go let them in the building. My dishwasher wasn’t properly installed. For some reason in the one bedroom they decided no balcony and the kitchen sink was a single rather than a double. Not much for sound proofing either. I lived on the ground floor and on several occasions had people that were walking outside of my apartment Bang on my windows asking me for various things. I do not recommend."

"To call these apartments luxury is a complete lie. As soon as you move in you start to notice all the ways they cut corners, and there’s A LOT. The one bedroom apartment is severely lacking in storage space. There is no pantry, no coat closet, or linen closet. You get one mediocre sized walk in for all of your storage. Even the kitchen cabinets are sparse. It is very difficult to find space for everything as well as food. None of it even makes sense as a food storage cabinet. On top of that there is basically no counter space. If you enjoy cooking you’ll HATE this kitchen. There’s also no patio for the 1 bedrooms. Which means no outdoor hang out space at all for you because this apartment has NONE. No green space, no grills, no patio, no dog park, literally no where to hang out. The only amenity is a small gym that is really lacking a lot of basic equipment. Don’t expect to be able to hang out in a club room or anything, there isn’t one. I’m telling you, there is NO WHERE to relax or socialize outside of your apartment. The building also has gated entry that requires a key fob to get in. Sounds great in theory, but there is no way to buzz in guests. If someone is coming over you will have to walk down the hallway/ stairs to let them in every time. Do you enjoy hearing your upstairs neighbors peeing? If so then this is the place for you. The extra thin walls are fabulous. For the price you pay here, you really should just live somewhere else. Seriously. The ONLY redeeming quality is the location because it’s close to downtown and RAD. If you are apartment searching in Asheville, this complex should be a last resort, not a first option. The only reason I lived here was because I qualified for a low income unit when I first moved here. To pay market price for this place would be ludicrous."
