Windover Apartments

"I have lived at Windover for 25 years. I love it here. It's beautiful and well taken care of. The maintenance staff go above and beyond to keep life comfortable. The property is full of beautiful trees that are most gorgeous in the spring. Windover is located on the Dogwood trail in Knoxville. The pool is always fun and now has a new fire pit area for nighttime sitting. The tennis courts are nice and are used for several different things in the summer time. Windover is located next to west town mall and all the best restaurants in knoxville."

"I just moved in a few days ago! I already feel right at home. My apartment is very spacious and clean! Anna was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. I did have one issue where my rent was showing higher than what was showing on my lease, but Courtney was able to get this fixed super fast! Look NO further than Windover! EDIT: 10/24/2023 Someone in the building I live in has apparently been smoking weed and this has caused several complaints from people in the building. I have smelled it faintly, but the smell doesn’t bother me, so I haven’t complained, which I’m assuming is why management assumes our apartment is where this is coming from. The courtesy officer on site has decided that he will pin a random apartment to the smell. I guess this makes him feel like he’s really done something, when instead he has picked out the wrong apartment for the smell. He came to our door at almost 10 at night cussing and accusing. I spoke to the property manager Erika and my biggest complaint to her was the time that he came by, to which she said that is the courtesy officers job, which I do get, but he’s simply accusing the WRONG people. Erika decided to tell me “that’s not how it works ‘sweetheart’” in what I can only describe as the most condescending tone I’ve heard in my life, when I said he shouldn’t be coming by at that time. I get if there was loud noise or simply anything, but for what the courtesy officer CLAIMS to have smelled, I don’t see a reason to knock at just anytime of the day. I will be escalating this to corporate. By the way, it’s almost impossible to get things fixed around this place. I would stay FAR away due to how unprofessional property management is."

"We have lived here right at ten years this year. I love the location, and I have a great working relationship with the office staff here. We have had our share of issues over the years regarding repairs, but the current team makes sure we don't wait long for issues to be taken care of. The property is very dated, but I'm happy to report small projects like cabinet refacing and patio improvements are happening more often now. I wish the managing company still provided concessions for loyalty. I don't hold it against the office staff because they can only do what they can do and I get that:) I feel safe here and when I have a concern the team here makes it a priority to see that it is resolved."

"Literally the best place I’ve ever lived. The staff is so sweet and treats me like family. It’s in a great location, just walking distance from food city. The apartments are nice and clean. I have never had a problem with getting maintenance to respond quickly."
