"Horrible experience living in the south Asheville commons. Multiple problems in our 10 months of living here...only some have been resolved. They are poor communicators. The apartments are old and outdated. conversing with the office is always a process. They are conveniently located and the neighbors are friendly but other than that there is no benefit to living in south Asheville Commons. It is not worth the money nor your peace of mind. I would only live here if options are limited!"

"One of the most affordable places in south Asheville. The townhomes are basic but they are a nice size and functional. Washer and dryer included is huge plus they have coin laundry if you need. My favorite part is all the nice grassy areas for pets that don’t get overused ( yellow dead grass) like they do in the bigger apartment complexes that have minimal grass."
