"I have lived here for about 5 years, it’s a very nice place to live. I only gave it 4 stars cause there is always room for improvement. I highly recommend Dilworth it is apartment living but no complaints, the staff has always been easy to deal with, friendly and professional. Rachel and Sam are awesome. I often drop in the office just to say hi to them, always a smile on their faces and a willingness to help if you need it. Not sure why there are negative reviews I have no idea what people expect, after all it is apartments."

"This is by far the worst place we have ever lived. I wish we could give it a zero star review. I will never recommend this place to anyone. We had so many issues! The people who work in the office are always rotating in and out so they can’t ever keep anything straight. We read the bad reviews before moving in here and decided to just give them a chance since it was mixed reviews but it was a terrible idea. Honestly the worst. The fees change monthly, our rent was never the same amount each month. We also told the office three different times months in advance that we were moving out and asked them what we needed to do, which they responded that we didn’t need to do anything. Then hit us with a fee upon moving out for not giving them a 30 day notice...yet we told them multiple times at least three months in advance. The lady in the office then offered to back date the paperwork but never did. The office people would never get back to us with any phone calls or emails. The walls are made so cheap and thin, so you can hear your neighbors every move! We could hear the people talking above us and the people next door when they would sing in the shower. They have biltmore interns constantly in and out of there, they over charge them and they party a lot. Upon moving out they will hit you with every fee that they can think of. I honestly hope with my review that I can save at least a few people the trouble of moving in here. It was awful!! This is the only place in my life I have never gotten my deposit back. They put in white carpet so they can charge you $1,000.00 just to replace it when you move out."

"Considering living here? Think again. This complex was great a few years ago, but in the 5 years I have lived here, it has slowly gone into decline. Turnover on the managers working here is out of this world. There are so many tenants that break their lease agreement by violating community guidelines and are never held accountable. This is also not a safe place for pets. Poisonous foods for dogs have been thrown in areas where dogs are frequently walked. If you are needing a place to live, I would keep looking."

"I am a new resident here and my experience so far has been great! Thank you to Summer in the leasing office for answering all my questions via email promptly. I made a couple last minute requests and the staff was nothing but accommodating and friendly. The inside of my one bedroom apartment is clean, has high ceilings, and big windows which let in a lot of natural light."

"Nice, newish and well kept apartments. Grounds are well kept by US Lawns. The complex is only three years old so it’s basically new. The swimming area , dog park , and club house is small but you have to keep in mind that the complex itself isn’t large. Management is active in keeping standards high. Floor plan for our 2 bed 2 bath is great. Price is high but for a new complex that is close to a new mall, new grocery store and outdoor recreation...it’s worth it!"
