"First, this review is based solely on the tour and the interaction I had with the leasing consultant Kaylyn. She is super sweet, honest, and is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. She answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. The only reason I didn’t sign a lease is because I decided to move in with my parents and pursue travel nursing. No need to lease an apartment if I’m not going to be in town. If things should change, I would definitely consider them in the future! Thank you Kaylyn, you are awesome!"

Actioning a seamless, effective, and efficient emergency plan over the past week of extreme winter weather conditions (15-20 Jan 24). For this, I can only speak for myself but I would assume the sentiment is community wide, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You all have set the standard in what community apartment staff are capable of. All other communities should take notice of what you all have here. There are no elite individuals, only elite teams and organizations. From my experience in some of the most elite teams and organizations that this world has to offer, you are elite. You have cultivated a sustained, consistent, and repeatable model of excellence. This not only should be the standard for all of your communities but they should be exemplified. "Jody and Ralph got my AC fixed within hours of putting in a work order. These guys are always so accommodating and care when there is an issue. Very grateful for the staff at Bell Walkers!"

"I lived here for almost 2 years and I can say it was great! The apartments where nice and well maintained when I moved in. Any issue I had during my stay with the place was dealt with quickly. The staff is very friendly and willing to work with you. It is pricey but you get what you pay for if you can afford it I’d definitely recommend staying here!"

"I lived here for 3 years. I personally don't think that the quality of the appliances and carpet coincide with how much rent is, but I had a roommate so it wasn't just me I had to think about. We did have to go to the office every year when we renewed the lease to negotiate the price as they tried to increase rent $500 per month both times. If you have a dog that's potty training or one that has accidents, be aware that they will fine you an outrageous amount for replacing the low quality carpet when you move out. The walls are very thin. I could easily hear my neighbors who lived above and below me. Maintenance was always very timely and nice! Overall living experience was fine, but definitely not luxury."
