"A hidden gem! This is by far the best complex we have ever lived in. The property grounds are beautiful and immaculate. The tenants are all friendly. The apartments themselves are top notch. Prime location close to everything. Love that it is a smaller community as it feels more like home. Management is amazing and goes above and beyond. Brittany is a wonderful property manager and Doug a wonderful maintenance worker. If there is ever a maintenance issue it is handled same day. Best apartments in Knox."

"The Villas on Wallace road was a great place to live at. The apartments are very nice and the manager is very nice. The pool is also cool and inside of the pool house you can get water or a coffee and cookies. It's the best home I could imagine. It is in a great area,all the neighbours are great and it doesn't take very long to get to stores or parks. I wish we would move back there. The playground is also very cool. Right beside the playground is a dog park. It's really nice there. The apartments are very nice inside. Suggestions: Carl cowen park Concord park Lake shore park and the Rocky Hill Elementary school."
