"I’ve lived here basically since they opened. Moved in in December of 2021. Management is super friendly any maintenance issues are resolved very quickly. Yes they come in twice a month, once for pest control and once for monthly inspections, this doesn’t bother me as I knew prior to moving in that they’d be coming in twice a month. My biggest issue is with the “property clean up lady” she has an absolute terrible attitude, she’s rude, she’s accused myself and my husband multiple times of leaving messes outside and complaining about how she’s “tired of cleaning up after us” meanwhile I’ve personally picked up others trash on the property and disposed of it and never leave anything out for someone else to have to clean up. If your clean up lady is tired of cleaning up maybe she should get a real job elsewhere!!"

"Had no choice but to move my family here. Unforeseen circumstances put me away from them and now they live there alone. There’s neighbors doing coke infront of their kids, loud people on top floors louder than elephants over your kids rooms, brown recluses and other spiders in the warm time of year. But is 2 stars cause price is affordable and the internet is fast with fiber optics"

"if you want live in a private place , do not move here first debbie the general manager is the most racist person ever , on top of that they look for a reason every single week to enter to your apartment , i never seen an apartment complex with so manny pest control , place has always the windows closed , i told you yes place is cheap and new but you wont have no privacy DEBBIE please stop being racist and stop threat everyone with the police you dont own that place"
