This City of Morganton is a Flag City for the Deaf, Blind, Sick and Handicapped, City of a Deaf School, but they allow these Apartments to be mean to them, to me that's a stain on this American Flag City for those I mentioned above and we have a Deaf School, why ant there any Justice for them here at the Apartments!! "It's nice down here... Being up North in a bad area makes you appreciate your nice apartment in the foothills. I like the place now that we got new maintenance in here. Me and manager here are cool too. He's professional. It's quiet and cozy here. Only problem is our electricity bill payment is always sky high, but it has nothing to do with the apartment itself that I know of."
