"checked in through online booking agent. booked and paid for price. checkout online confirmed pet policy as being pet friendly only to be told upon check that they wanted a$250 fee for the pets!! and then when i told them i wanted to cancel obviously upon seeing this dump irl and they say they can’t refund for the 2 nights because they didn’t have 24hrs notice even though the reservation was made an hour before arrival lol i wouldn’t pay $250 to stay here for a month. This place is the most disgusting looking flea circus i’ve ever laid eyes on! whole parking lot is an elevated concrete block from an really shoddy pool fill in job so your definitely not parking anything bigger than a minivan in one of the 14 parking spots. First thing i witnessed while standing in line was a guest coming in asking for a plunger because he said the plumbing is so horrible. sad excuse for a breakfast nook in full dark dreary corner looked more inviting to roaches than to guests!! Sad wyndham DO BETTER!"

"Had stayed there before but was somewhat disappointed as room didn't even have some of the basic amenities such as ice bucket. Had to go to front desk to ask for several things (some of which they didn't even have)! Ice machine close to room wasn't even working. Front desk was somewhat reluctantly helpful. Not to mention upon checkout, I attempted to possibly resolve a prior issue where I was double charged and had been unable to speak with a manager over the phone regarding same. Person at front desk said was unable to locate my previous information? This was an unplanned stay and most likely will not stay there again."

"Very gross, no recognizable standard for cleanliness. Room 104 *Urine was all over the bathroom and toilet. *What appeared to be shower parts, littered the bathroom floor. *A large black stain, approximately 2'x2', was right by the left of the bed. *Counters hadn't been wiped down, visible sticky residue and crumbs. *The room phone had obviously been used as an ashtray. Looked half melted *Overall, the room just felt icky to be in. I immediately went back down to the front desk to figure out what's going on. After telling them how I found the room, they assured me they cleaned it. They asked the cleaning lady right in front of me. She said she cleaned it. We checked out and went across the parking lot to the quality inn. I obviously don't expect a 5 star hotel from super 8, but this is nowhere close to what I expect from a super 8. The room genuinely felt unsafe to be in. Staff is incredibly incompetent and rude. Front desk lady has to be at least 90 years old, she can't hear well or she simply doesn't understand anything you say. She will become short with you because she can't understand. She literally has no idea how to use the computer or check people in. Shouldn't be in a customer facing position. Avoid this place like the plague it is"

"This was a last minute spontaneous trip. We booked at the last min. Actually about 30 mins before we arrived. The guy at the desk was nice and helpful and gave us our room right away. Our room was 111 in front near the office. Room was clean and a basic hotel room. The keyhole did have paper stuck in it which struck me as weird. The room was pleasant and beds clean and comfortable. We had 2 beds. The bathroom was a little tight but the water pressure in the shower was great! Lots of hot water. You could hear some traffic but it was because we choose to be in front so our room was facing the road. They didn’t have a full breakfast but did have muffins and juice. We would not hesitate in booking here again. Good room for the price for the night."
