"First, this place looks like people are living there full time. Grungy and sketchy. I showed up and was told they couldn’t give me a room as the wifi had been out for two days and no one had kept track of which rooms were clean/occupied/available. Not sure how this wasn’t figured out after two days of no internet. I had to find a different hotel at 11pm. When my credit card company called two days later to refund the charge no one would pick up the phone. If this is how the front end of the hotel is ran I can only imagine what the rest is like."

"Best place to stay.. rooms are really nice and clean. Staff service is amazing. Manager Chandresh is doing wonderful by taking care of everything."

"We visited this area for a wedding this weekend and stayed here over night. We really were skeptical and didn’t want to book anything prior to checking out the location. It was very conveniently located and had a few restaurants close by. For the price it was a steal. Obviously this is now 5 star hotel but it isn’t as bad as any of the negative comments made. Yes the carpet is stained and there are minor things we noticed but over all I would recommend this place mostly due to the kindness of the owner (I think) Chen and his customer service we received. He checked on us before and after to make sure there was nothing we needed. He even reminded as we checked out to grab some breakfast. It was actually a very decent breakfast with juice coffee, milk and several different options. Even a waffle maker! We’re simple people and I was very relieved we found a place to stay for a a night until we got back on the road."

"This place is fine. Service? She gave me a room and left me alone, so I'd say the service is just fine. Put it this way. If you're traveling across this great country and need a place to stay for the night, at a certain price point that'll leave you some gas money tomorrow, this is your place, end of story. The Mexican restaurant next door is awesome by the way. Safe travels brother, and welcome home."

"I would not recommend staying here. The place looked run down and service was pretty disappointing to say the least. I booked this hotel two months in advance. 2 nights– Thursday & Friday, King bed accessible room. I called them a week prior to our stay and let them know that I would be travel 12 hours through the night and may arrive early Friday morning as apposed to Thursday night. (I was okay with paying for Thursday even if we didn’t use it.) just to make sure we could shower and rest as soon as we got into town. The person who picked up the phone said that my room would be there when we arrived. Well, we arrived at 6:30 a.m Friday morning and the man at the desk informed us that he had “Given our room away early this morning.” Luckily I booked through choice hotels! (their mother company.) I called choice and once we started discussing the issue, I noticed that the reservation in my app said that I booked a queen room (non-accessible) I searched through my emails to make sure I hadn’t been mistaken about what type of room I booked… I wasn’t, the manager of the hotel changed it without my knowledge! Thankfully, I wasn’t charged for any room at this hotel. We did end up going to the Sleep Inn in Hickory, but couldn’t check in until 3 which was miserable after a long 12-15 hour drive."
