"Lived there for around 3-4 years. Got stuff stolen, mail boxes were always broken, the management had a good chance of being very rude, and the trash disposal was always full and there was trash just scattered around it. Alot of things broke in our apartment as well. Toilets broken, leaks in our apartment and in our neighbors, holes in the walls, and very thin walls, you could always hear the other tenants. Doors inside the house were also broken. Many other things I will not list. It's not all bad but I do not recommend living there."

"The office staff and maintenance team are exceptional here at Woodbridge Apt in NC. The office staff communicates very well, by letting us know what will be happening and when. In the rare situation where there is a issue they communicate very well what the timing of repair will be. The office staff if always there to help and often times seen walking and cleaning up the junk other tenants may have left overnight or on a weekend (going over and above). We appreciate the way we are treated. Thank you Carol and Jacklyn for making this a place where we feel welcome and appreciated."

"Would give zero stars if I could. We’ve been living here 5+ years. Office staff is terrible, corporate doesn’t do anything. We rented this unit solely for the privacy fence for our safety. We were given notice a Thursday afternoon that the coming Monday morning all our privacy fences will be coming down. We have homeless camps in the woods behind us that they never take care of. Cars get broken into, things stolen. They claim they want everyone to have a safe and comfortable homes, but literally do the opposite. Even after multiple people asked the fences not be taken down, they do it anyway. Carol is completely rude, and nobody within the community likes to deal with her because of her unprofessionalism. Jaclyn who is the manager wasn’t even in office to address the residents concerns during these past 4 days. Keystone is an absolute joke. Look elsewhere!"

"I have lived here for three years and today they decided that we no longer need privacy fences on our patios. They gave us four days notice before removing them. They did not listen to the requests of their residents asking to keep the security and privacy of our enclosed patios. Meanwhile, they’ve raised my rent almost $200 in the last three years. These people only look at you as a number and do not actually care about their residents."
