"Angela (Angie) and Susan (Suzy Q) were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and informative! Literally, they are now my girls. I love them so much!! Not only were they doing their job but they treated me as if I was their own kin and I cannot be more grateful! "The neighborhood is relatively quiet. The office staff is always available when you need them. Probably will not renew if next year bring with it another 20% rent hike, but the apartment itself is nice for the introductory price."

"The pros: I am in a remodeled unit with stainless steel appliances, so the apartment itself is very nice. The added sunroom makes for the perfect office space. My dogs love the dog park, and I love that they do not have any breed restrictions. The pool and pool area are nice and open year round which is awesome. I haven't been able to use the gym yet since I moved in during the middle of the covid pandemic and it has been closed but what I have seen looks fine. I like that it is gated and the grounds themselves are nice. The maintenance person is very nice and has responded quickly to all of my requests. The cons: I can hear my neighbors loud bass music thumping through the walls in the living room and I hear the neighbors walking quite a bit. I would prefer the apartment to be more soundproof than it is. Overall these are nice apartments especially for the price. I would recommend them especially if you have dogs that w"

"Brookford Place has been a wonderful home. Over the past three years, my family and I really enjoyed the beautiful property, great community, and awesome staff. The property is well kept and improvements are continually being made. Cynthia, Kelcey, and Sergio always provided us with excellent service and made us feel valued, appreciated, and taken care of. Any time we had a maintenance issue, Sergio was prompt and professional and took care of it. Kelcey provided excellent customer service and you could count on her to always be on top of things. Cynthia greeted us by name and truly made us feel comfortable and valued as residents. One of our favorite things at Brookford was the pool. (Now a salt water pool!) It was an excellent place to spend time with our kids and meet new friends in the community. The staff continually makes efforts to keep the pool area a positive and safe place for residents use. Our time here has surpassed our expectations. We highly recommend Brookford Place as your new home!"
