"I lived at The Pines for a little over 3 years, and this has been the nicest apartment complex I have ever lived. The neighborhood was peaceful, the area was always clean and kept up with, and the ladies in the office (Tracy, Gretchen, and Julie) were always helpful and attentive. They really made this a great place to live. 10/10 recommendation"

"The best place we stayed at while in Winston Salem. The apartment community did its best for the residents. Tracy the manger was super helpful along with the entire team. Is close to the Bethabara trails so we used to go for evening runs or walks. Overall great experience. I would rate it high for safety, access, nature. Highly recommended. Its a hidden gem in terms of space and value for the buck. I only wish more residents come across this place on google searches etc."

"I Don't ever want to move because this place has been great. The staff is stellar. I requested a new stove in Dec and they told me it would be after the new year. Next thing I know Wha La, New Stove. I have never had to wait more than a couple of days for maintenance issues and right there when they thought it was an emergency. Password gate access and burglar alarm in each unit. Walls are insulated more than to code. Never had neighbor issues. Amenities, beautiful clubhouse always with coffee/tea for visitors or customers. Pool and gym. Pergola with grill. 1 bedroom units have wood burning fireplace, and 2 and 3 bedrooms have gas, (this may have changed to all gas). Spacious Bedrooms, Balcony or sunrooms, Washer/Dryer hook-up or on site laundry. Well lit parking. They are right next to beautiful Bethabara Park with hiking trails and occasional events. No, they did not coach me, but I did want you to know just what you are getting into if you are blessed."

"Not worth the cost. I was talked into signing my lease early so know would get my unit because they said they had so many people wanting it but after I moved in I found out this place had been vacant for at least 6 months and it was not cleaned. I had to vacuum before moving my things in. I had to empty my vacuum 6 times there was so much dirt in the carpet. Bees get into the units during the spring and summer. The gate never works. There have been a lot of break ins due to gate not going around the property. Management doesn't care about the tenants. Should have never moved here. I'm definitely moving out at the end of my lease. I would never suggest this place to anyone."
