Chamberlain Place Apartments

"Very rude and inconsiderate staff. The apartments are very nice and beautiful, but I wouldn't live here due to my car getting broken into more then once and the rude staff. I stay only a few times here on weekends and they said we had cops and stuff over all the time which was untrue. I love the new place where my fiancee and daughter live at now they are friendly and nice."

"This place is HORRIBLE if I could give 0 stars I would. The property manager is rude and straight up ignorant. I left and moved to better. The maintenance is lazy they take forever to come. Not a gated community when it rains the gate won't stay open. My car and my boyfriend car was broken into twice and this is happens alot. If you sleep in on the weekends and it's your only weekend off they have landscaper going at it at 8 am also Laura the new property manager terrible Devon was the best she had the pool close early last summer before August the whole staff is rude except Susan and oh if you move any have packages deliver they won't let you get them we had all the information from Amazon and had to call the cops just to get our packages and people don't pick up after their dogs poop everywhere bugs infested in the spring and summer no matter how much you clean honestly the worst place to live .. rent somewhere else."

"This community is great and so is the staff. Maintenance is very prompt. The apartment homes have vaulted ceilings, gas fireplaces and HUGE walk in closets. It's also a gated community. I have nothing but good things to say about Chamberlain Place Apartment Homes."

"If I could give a -10 I would. One of my parents rent here and they continue to raise the prices.They pet policy has changed as well. Also, the gate going in closes at weird times. I do not recommend this place at all."

"We have been here a few months and our maintenance request have been promptly handled and the office staff have always treated us and our children courteously. Not sure about the problems others have. I do know that I usually get more sweet with honey:-) One of our neighbors (nice older gentleman) says he has been in these apartments six years and loves it here. We love the apartment and the location and have had no bugs or anything yet, but they are snuggled kind of in the woods, which is nice but it would not surprise me if we had ants or something. Price to be paid living in nature. Our second floor patio opens up to the woods and the birds singing. My little ones love to let their kitties out on the patio to go insane in the mornings over the nature sounds. We love it here. Even a little pond in the woods to the left of the nature trail, not sure it's part of the attraction but easily accessible :-)"
