"Don't insert your card twice into their machines when it says declined. I did it and it charged me twice for a pair of shoes that cost $109.24, so total of $218.48 was taken out of my account. Their customer service said it wasn't them it's their machines, but you have to dispute it with the bank. So unless you watch your bank account very closely, I'd advise you to not go here."
"Converse size selection was lacking, service is non-existent basically and the BOGO deal is a waste bc everything she wanted was only good as the "1st pair". Gets you in the door and then disappoints you. Gave 2 stars bc she actually found 1 pair in her size."
