The village loft apartments

"I've been living that Clearview apartments going on three years, and out of the whole time I've been here maintenance has been absolutely horrible, however since the new company took over this complex and then had their own maintenance people maintenance has been absolutely impeccable, The maintenance men they have working on my problems now or absolutely wonderful they do everything that was supposed to been done the first two times from the other companies and it got everything working the way it's supposed to I'm so excited to have these maintenance men I had been waiting and waiting for months and months actually over a year to get a certain few things done now that they're done I'm absolutely ecstatic and I would like everyone to know that the gentleman who's I think he's in charge his name is Jerrell, he and his partner that works with them are doing an absolutely superb job and someone needs to know as someone should give them a pat on the back for doing such a wonderful job. Once again I would like to thank them very very much. I'm in D6"

"Please disregard any positive reviews, management sent out gift card incentive to give positive feedback. This is a great location and connected to a parking deck, why are these apartments so cheap? Let me tell you- Community Laundry- none of the units have W/D connections. 47 units are supposed to share 4 cheap washer dryers. They don't even clean these washers, they smell like mold and will stain your clothes. One time i went into the laundry room and 2/4 were clogged with a nasty brownish water. Ontop of this, the homeless use this as a place to wash their clothes. Homeless have gained access to the building and sleep and wash their cloths and steal packages. Management is off site and is aware of the issue and has done nothing for the past year to stop the invasion. I have kicked out over 10 different people living in the basement. I have a huge collection of all the drugs/needles/knifes i have found in the basement. They just come and go as they please. you better make sure to get your package as soon as its delivered because the homeless help themselves to the packages. I had a homeless guy try to break into my unit while i was cooking breakfast, i chased him down the hallway all the way to the bus station where i found the police, and the police wont even arrest him because the homeless guy has the access codes. They have the codes because the doors have been broken for years and they go through the packages and the packages have the access codes. On top of that one of the tenants here is a homeless sympathizer and he gives out his code and tells them they are allow to wash their clothes. I pay over 1k per month to deal with this. Yes this place is pet friendly and i love animals but sometimes this place sounds like a damn dog pound with barking lasting for hours. Such a shame because this would be a really great community but management has let this place turn into a trash hole. Cherry on top- do your research about the old management company that used to run this place. The old manager lived in the ground floor unit and bullets went into the unit on the ground floor. 7 people got shot on this property when there used to be a strip club connected to the building. Look it up. This building was so bad the city of WS took over the strip club on the side of the building. The old manager quit his job and moved out. I am going to make a short youtube documentary to include pictures and summarize all this madness."
