"I had a long crack on my windshield that could have come from winter heating. My insurance quoted $250 out of pocket but I have to go with Safelite and they have 3.8 rating. So I called for quotes at multiple glass shops that have at least 4.4 average reviews. Choosing FB Glass is a no brainer because (1) the review is among top 2 in the area and these two are comparable but far ahead of the lower group, (2) the pricing is the best and much lower than the highest quote which was $300. I got a quote for $225 plus tax (expecting $20 more totaling $245 which is similar to going through my insurance’s designated shop but getting much better service), however, I was shocked to see the bill at $200 + $26 tax = $226. I think I paid the same 5 years ago for another cracked windshield and we all know how bad supply chain and inflation have been. No other places quoted south of $250 (and it will vary across makes and models, so, do not cite my quote, they are very transparent). On top of that, making appointment was easy, they are super polite on the phone, I could get 8am within 2 days, and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The car in the photo was from a different customer but what else do we expect to see from a brand new windshield other than clear glass? No, last time I had a new windshield from a different shop (I wish I remember which one to leave a 3 star review), it was very noisy on highway on windy days we have here, hopefully that problem is gone. I forgot to bring my new windshield blades but I believe they would have helped me install at no cost. I saw a van for mobile service, I cannot speak about it because I drove in, but that is a nice option and I have no doubt about the quality."

"Was in town visiting family for the holidays and needed a new windshield. I got a chip on the drive and the cold weather made it spread fast. They did a great job making sure they had the right windshield for my car and it was done right away when I got there. They were able to schedule me the day after Christmas. The waiting room was clean and comfortable and the staff was nice. Zach was the technician who worked on my car and I felt confident in his abilities. In and out with no problems and didn’t get price gouged. 10/10"
