"Pharmacy closes for pickup on Sunday I guess from 1-2pm for being on lunch, I’m sure there’s some short staffing so they can’t stagger the lunch hours. However they are not 24/7"
"EDIT: Since this review was posted, I’ve seen huge improvements in the pharmacy. Bravo! Changing my score to reflect the change. The pharmacy drive-thru is closed *very often*, and all this does is make the queue inside of the store longer. Sometimes I am not capable of going into the store, I rely on the drive-thru. It is the entire reason I filled the prescription at CVS. There was a sign on the drive-thru window today saying it was closed due to staffing issues. This is the first time there has even been a sign, normally it is just inexplicably closed. I have also confirmed by text that I wanted to pick up every three months instead of every month, but they just... didn't do it? I have been filling prescriptions with CVS for at least a decade, in much busier towns, and this is easily the worst CVS pharmacy I've ever been to. If the issue is staffing, how about they hire more staff?"
"What the Heck is wrong with this Pharmacy? I had a UTI over the weekend. Was hoping to see my Urologist on Monday, but they couldn’t until Wednesday. So I went to Urgent Care. They prescribed a medication for me. I’m staying at my brothers until I feel better, so instead of going with my pharmacy and because I was in severe pain I chose CVS off of New Bern Ave because it would be closer to pick up the medication When I checked through automation to see if the medication was ready for pickup it said we will not have this medication until two weeks from yesterday. So I tried going through my pharmacy. They asked me to call CVS and ask them if they could release the prescription so that they could process it. I tried calling. I was on the phone for 50 minutes and no one answered the phone. WHAT, this crazy I thought to myself. So o asked my brother if he would go to CVS and ask them to release the medication since they wouldn’t have it available for another two weeks. They still had not answered the phone. So my brother asked about releasing the prescription order, and they said why, we have it ready. Ughhhhh! Why would the automated voice say not available until two weeks, and they had the medication their the entire time. I understand places are short staffed. But not to answer the phone for almost and hour is uncalled for. Someone should be able to pick up the phone at least within a few minutes of the call. People are in much pain that’s why they need a certain medicine. But here they don’t seem to care. I left Walgreens for the same reason, and CVS is no better. That’s why I went to Health Park Pharmacy. At least they answer the phone and seem to care."
"If I could do no stars I would. The pharmacy is trash. They never have things ready and quick to tell you they don’t have an order in for something without thoroughly looking. Old lady at the window also acts like someone piss in her cereal every morning she works there."
"This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. They are very rude when calling to check on prescriptions, and that's if you can even get through to them. My husband has been calling back to back for an hour now and someone finally answered and then immediately hung up when he said he wanted to check on his sons prescription. Even other pharmacies speak about how unprofessional they are and how they hate having to deal with them. This whole store needs an overhaul and everyone in the pharmacy should be fired. Short staffed or not, there's absolutely no reason to treat your customers the way you do."
