"Went to the Dior beauty counter and the luxury fragrance section today. At Dior, Jesus was extremely helpful. He let me try on everything I wanted but did not come off as pushy at all. I ended up buying a really nice lip serum mostly because the experience was so positive. At the fragrance counter, multiple women noticed me but didn't come to bother me until I gave that "I have a question" face. It was really nice not to have people jumping on top of me. I could experience the section at my own pace. Then they helped me look, but the perfume I wanted was not in stock there. Oh, well."

"Bad Customer Service. They have not accepted my return on the evening of 6/30 and told me to mail it back. According to them, the shoes looked worn. These were light sandals, and the bottom of the sole was a bit dirty, which I have not noticed when trying them on at home. The Associate told me they could accept them only as damaged, but the manager refused to do it. I am extremely disappointed, as I took one hour to get to the store to return this item in person. Last time I sent expensive merchandise back to Nordstrom fulfillment center they lost it, and I had to go through my bank to process the refund. Nordstrom's return policy turns out to be one of the worst! I love their website selection but from now on I am going to look elsewhere to make a purchase."
