"I cannot express enough how amazingly caring and understanding these people were. They access my accounts they help me figure out what was going wrong and save me about $100 a month that my bill was charging me because of the ignorance at cellular sales in Yorkshire. The man I worked with a pretty sure was James he was so caring and understanding. I walked into the store and was there for three hours going through my bills and trying to understand where there was mistakes made. They were able to find mistakes find add-ons and find other phone lines that I had lost because that the other company in Yorkshire took off my account without my authorization. I am so impressed by the customer care service that they gave me that I will be back and I will buy a new iPad Pro from them this week I cannot express how amazing these people were. If you want true good home service kind of feel and respect go to this store. Thank you so much again for making me feel like someone actually cared."
