"We stayed here on 12/21 as we had a cabin nearby starting the next day. The room and bath room were massive. The pool was great. Kids kept running in and out of the pool room to the outside hot tub. There was a hottub inside but they enjoyed going back and forth outside. Room was clean. I'd stay again"

"Best hotel in Pigeon Forge. Very clean, great friendly staff, free breakfast buffet was wonderful and great rates for a 5 star hotel. The manager Vincent is amazing and we appreciate all he does to make the guests happy. We always stay here and will continue to do so"

"My first impression of this facility was that it was very dated. The lobby was furnished with dark furniture and atmosphere. My room was a dark affair with very much dated furniture. However, the place grew on me very quickly. I ended up not minding the room at all. Or the lobby. The staff wasn't overly friendly, but wasn't overly rude either. I'm not fond of overly friendly service, so I didn't mind the staff at all. Where this place shines is its location. Basically in the middle of the Pigeon Forge strip, you have quick access to any attraction, restaurant, etc. in either direction. I would stay here again."

"Great location with access to many attractions and restaurants in minutes. All staff was very polite and always spoke when passing in the hallway. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Good rates. WiFi worked great. Overall fairly quiet. We will definitely consider staying again if we’re in the area."

"Good location. One pool inside one out doors. One Jacuzzi indoors one outdoors which was really nice . Fireplace in the lobby and free Breakfast. Service was great both checking in and checking out. The cons are that the rooms were seriously outdated. Didn’t think it was worth 260 per night,for that price I was disappointed. If it were cheaper I’d give 5 starts. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable."
