"DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT GO HERE. I truly wish there was a way to give this facility 0 stars. I bought these tickets with family (at a reunion) and all 30 of us could not have been more disappointed when we arrived with our kids looking forward to "snow tubing". There is absolutely NO snow whatsoever. How they can even legally have "snow" in their name is beyond my comprehension. It's 100% false advertisement. When I requested my money back, they refused and gave a generic response (meaning that they receive refund requests quite frequently I'd imagine). DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT GO HERE."
"My friends and I had such a fun afternoon of snow tubing at Rowdy Bear!! The facility was clean and well-maintained and the staff was amazing!! We were a group of grandmothers who thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff was so helpful and went out of their way to make us feel safe and comfortable and were very helpful as we rode the moving sidewalk up the hill, as we got off the sidewalk with our tubes, and as we got into our tubes. Thanks for a great time!!"

"First, why have reservations when everyone has to stand in line? Second, there wasn't even fake snow!! White frozen carpet, you can do better. Finally, 90 min and we only got to go down 3 times!! Complete ripoff!! Gave 1 star because the hot chocolate was good."
