Reviews
"I sought a brief respite and chose this spot based on positive reviews. Check-in was seamless, and the room is comfortable. It’s an ideal place for a quick rest with a reasonable price and generally safe environment. However, I noted the absence of a chain lock, peculiar raccoon feeding by other guests, and an unwelcome roach in the bathroom. It’s a case of “you get what you pay for.”"
"There were cigarette burners in the blankets. The place wasn’t clean all the way, drawers with food crumbs from who knows when and I’m honestly not even surprised or mad about that…you get what you pay for. The one thing that I find very irritating about this place is that there are multiple pictures suggesting that there is breakfast. There is a picture with a full lobby sitting area for the breakfast with a waffle maker and everything. When we got there I asked at the lobby where breakfast would be in the morning and they said right here in the 8X8 small lobby they had where there was orange juice and coffee and said there will be muffins in the morning. Oh okay I see, whatever muffins are good I’m okay with that, not what I was expecting per the photos but sure that’s fine. Well…when I go to get breakfast the only thing they had are the small little bites mini muffins in the packets and that is it. I’m sorry but that’s not breakfast maybe for a 2 year old but not for adults. The purpose of getting this hotel was to not add another expensive of having to get food but I ended up having to anyway. Just not happy with that experience I would’ve been fine if that was expected. The photos of the hotel lobby and breakfast have an entire different expectation there’s a waffle maker and everything in the photos. Was not happy."
"I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the room(s) and found their separated structure quite novel, but considering that breakfast was advertised and I paid a bit extra to come here instead of elsewhere on that basis? Finding out that all they had were vending machine muffins and coffee was... "Letdown" is a polite way to put it. We were told that apparently they used to have a proper one but the owner took it out a while ago. The structure of the double-room suite can also be awkward if you and other members of your party aren't on the same wavelength regarding when you're eating and sleeping; the rear bedroom has the fridge and microwave and the only landline is in the front bedroom."
"We were in room 219. Quickly after walking in our room we saw a cockroach. We paid extra for a suite because it was advertised and told to us over the phone that it came with breakfast and a jetted tub. We were so excited. When we got there not only did the cockroach greet us, the bathroom was very gross. The jets were so disgusting I didn't let my family in the shower. The "breakfast" that was extra was a coffee machine and juice machine next to a bowl of muffins. They have a brand new breakfast area that they advertise in their images on Google but that's closed and not operational. The only plus side was seeing the wildlife. The bedding was damp, the breakfast non existent and the room filthy. There was staff there sweeping the Parking lot in the morning it did look like some people were trying but it was rough."
"I absolutely loved the layout of the room. Its perfect for 2 couples to have a weekend getaway. It was clean and everything worked as it should. It was very cozy. The river scene off the patio was obscured from a lot of weeds and over growth but very quiet and actually romantic during the evening hours. We'll go back and stay here again in the future. Definitely worth the money."
