"Placed an order online from NM and they promised will deliver before Christmas, but guess what? on the Christmas Eve, still the order is in progress, they could not fulfill their promise to deliver on time. Never trust them! After speaking to operators from this store. They said an associate from La Mer will give me a call back because they are currently busy with other customers, well they never call back because they are all day busy! So you will not be able to contact them directly, and they don't even have a minute to help you... Very disappointed with NM, and I will never ever order from NM!"

"Made an appointment for a personal shopper online with Jill G. Showed up at date and time where I specified I was looking specifically for Tadashi Shoji Dresses. Not only was I informed that Jill G works in the show department but not one associate was a able to show me a single dress for the designer I requested nor did they offer any alternatives. I was blow away by the the lack of customer service and assistance. This was a very disappointing experience where I was so excited to get fitted for a dress to walk. my daughter down the aisle in October. I was also informed the alteration department would not be helping me with a dress not purchased from the store. How can I purchase from the store when there is not one size sample to try on? I was able to buy directly from the designer website with 30 % off. Very low inventory for such an exclusive store. Unfortunately I will not be shopping here again."

"Associates here are not profiling the clients which is so comfortable to come even if you only browse. And even you say you want to take time in choosing your color or style they won't rush you. I love the atmosphere and the room to browse. A very elegant yet accommodating store to shop. Lavettt"

"I usually don't write negative reviews, but the way me & my wife were treated for a return at this store is unprofessional and rude. We purchased a sandal online and the brand name printed in gold on the sandal came off after just 2-3 times of wearing it as if it was a counterfeit. We tried to explain to the sales associate and manager that this is not a regular return and that this is a defective product. I had bought many items in this store but we will not be returning. I wasn't surprised to find that I am not the only one with this negative experience. The store manager's solution to this defective product was that she gave us a card to a shoe repair store!!!!"
