American Eagle Store

"After spending over $250 at this store I was stopped on my way out and asked to see my receipt and the items in my bag. As she matched my items against the receipt, I asked the associate if they do this to all their customers and I was told yes. She then proceeded to ask to check the items in my ZARA bag at which point I refused because I am in American Eagle. What business do you have checking the items in my ZARA bag? As I was leaving, I heard the sales associate say over her walkie, she is leaving. I have worked in retail and know when I am being tagged as a thief or potential thief. I'm going to call this instance exactly what it is, racial profiling. Just because the person who matched my receipt to the items in my bag was black doesn't mean the practice isn't racial profiling. This will be my last time giving my money to this business."

"Right when entering the store I was help n greeted by Joe around 1:11pm, He was very helpful And kind and went beyond to help us finding the clothing size we needed..thank you Joe you was very patient n kind..will shop at your store soon. HAPPY HOLIDAYS"

"The middle aged woman that dresses like a teenager, Olivia I believe her name is. Made my shopping experience uncomfortable. She kept talking to me non stop and kept following me like if I was trying to steal. I ended up leaving and not buying anything."

"This Friday my husband and I went jeans shopping. We decided to stop by American eagle, the store was neat and clean. The fittings room were open ( they sanitize after every customer and sanitize the clothes). There selection of jeans were awesome !! I found all of the jeans I wanted . The fit of the jeans were great. The customer service was excellent, a women named ahona helped me and my husband . Ahona was great finding our sizes and she was very sweet . I usually do not find jeans that fit well but this time the experience was great. I also brought some cute tops. I am definitely coming back again!"
