"Saw this lovely sweater before walking into the store, and thought it would be a nice gift for my friend. Walked in while two representatives were present. Did not even have the decency to acknowledge my presence while I kept browsing for almost 3-4 minutes.While the price is reasonable to charge someone $70-80 for a women’s top, the least you can do is train your staff to at least put on a fake persona and let the customers know they are noticed and welcomed. Managed to get what I wanted next door at another retail."

"Walked in and sales associates are more busy fixing racks and ignoring you . Not even a hi or hello ? Was looking for something and no one came up and asked if I needed assistance.. Then when I asked for help was hurried off with a quick reply and the associate walked away. Never going back there."

"I had no experience at the Loft. It was about 430pm and I walked in and an associate was up front facing me folding clothes, she didn't acknowledge me or welcome me. I walked through the store, to find 3 employees gathered at the register heavily involved in a conversation in Spanish. Not one acknowkedged they had a customer in the store. One girl was on a ladder stocking the rack with clothes. Two of the employees at the register moved to the front of the store because I've was leaving. As I walked by then to leave, one said bye. No one said hi, how can they help me, nor can they help me look for something. I've been visiting this Loft from what it was in the source mall, then moved you Roosevelt Field mall, for over 11yrs, and I've never been ignored like this....EVER. it turned me off, and I choose not to purchase there. Acknowledging a customer is#1 in customer service."
