"I’ve never written reviews like this for retail stores, because frankly I’ve never had this poor of an experience in one before. That is, until now. I went into Ann Taylor looking for a nice outfit for work, and I was STUNNED that the staff completely ignored me the entire time I was there. Despite there being at least 5 employees in a very quiet, empty, store I didn’t get a single “hello” or any greeting from any employee. The girl at the register fully made eye contact with me and didn’t say anything! Working in retail myself it takes a lot for me to complain, but the lack of help and rude employees in a higher end store is ridiculous. Go to White House Black Market instead which is also in the mall. They offer a lovely selection of professional, classy attire and the employees actually acknowledge you and kindly offer assistance…"

"It was early morning, day after Christmas, as soon as the stores opened. Walked in the store, no acknowledgement, no greeting nothing. They were just carrying on a conversation amongst themselves (the store was empty btw). At no point did anyone ask if I needed help or anything. I ended up going to Loft and purchased dress pants from there."

"The woman working in the dressing room was extremely helpful. She was nice and went out of her way to help me. I was trying on a ton of different sizes bc I recently lost weight and I wasn’t sure what size I’d fit into anymore. She helped come to realize that although I need to get one of their smaller pant sizes that I should also try to get them in their curvy fit bc even though my waist has gotten smaller, I still have my curves. Thank you so much for all of your help and I’m sorry for leaving a bunch of stuff to put back out on the racks. :/"
