"The clothing used to be better quality years ago. They need better management. The employees are always on their phones. I asked an employee for help and she looked at me and said nothing. I asked another one to help me open the fitting room she never came. Too busy at the cash register on her phone. They also play trashy music. If they made small changes they’d probably have more business."
"This fast became my favorite store in the mall. Kara has a huge sale going on and you get very stylish outfits for good quality at extremely reasonable prices! The store staff are amazing especially the girl who helped at the fitting rooms on Sat 1/15. Thank you! You are amazing. The quality is not the best but it can be better than most fast fashion styles. The clothes are also not made for diverse body types so they can be ill fitting. I recommend you try on everything you want to buy because the outfits may not sit on your body the way you imagined."
