"I wouldn't give a star. Terrible customer service. My daughter wanted to return an item she purchased in her debit card via her phone. When she wanted to return the item, they asked for a physical debit card. This makes no sense. They are quick to receive payment but makes it very difficult to return. Unacceptable!!!!!!"

"Never everrrrrrr will I go in this store again! I wouldn’t give them a penny if my life depended on it. The fitting room was closing just as I was walking up to it at 8:30, why? It’s not the store or mall closing time. I explained I was leaving on vacation the next morning would it be ok if I tried on the two pair of jeans I had in my hand quickly, they responded without hesitation, “no I’m sorry fitting room just closed.” RUDE!!! I will call and speak to whoever is in corporate to let them know how poorly this store is treating their customers. I also noticed it wasn’t even the girl who said no, it was another worker over MY shoulder that she looked at to see if she could let me in and then followed up with yet another, “no, I’m sorry!” NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!"

"The workers are nice and the clothes are cute! Yes they work better on slimmer girls but I don’t see a problem with this? Balenciaga doesn’t work for broke people, should they lower the price so the common man can shop there? Only comment is considering the fabric isn’t the highest of quality, the price should be a bit cheaper but it’s not a big deal. On Fridays and weekends, this store is packed and always has a line due to COVID (and even before COVID, the place was always packed on weekends) so come on weekdays (but not Friday) if you don’t want to wait forever."
