"Lots of choices for things to buy for those who love crafting though there could stand to be more supplies for jewelry making and drawing and origami and it'd be great if they had more decorative boxes people could use to store their crafting supplies"

"The shelves are not stacked. There are a lot of items that are missing, the bar codes and the prices are there but not the products. I asked staff to help me find an item, he couldn’t find it where it was supposed to be. I was told the items were probably moved but it hadn’t been updated in their system. They could also rearrange the shelves in the center as they were enclosed. Once has to go in what seemed like a maze of shelves in order to see what are in those shelves."

"I don't normally write reviews for national chains, but I feel that Michaels in Henrietta deserves one. This store is very clean, bright, well organized. Staff who works here are amazing. They're always friendly, and no request is an inconvenience. This location loses a star because the store music is way too loud - they need to turn it down, I'm there to buy craft supplies, it's not a nightclub. Edit: still a great craft store and I always find tons of good stuff. Staff has been very helpful and friendly on my visits there. Will be returning a lot more in the future since I just bought a Cricut machine."
