"The only welcoming staff was the security/loss prevention person at the front of the store. The rest of the staff looked like that would rather be anywhere else but there. The cashiers were slow as molasses and as the line grew longer one cashier decided to shut down her station. Worst Burlington I’ve ever been to."

"Great staff, However riddle me this how are u a clothing store and have six dressing rooms .......that we cant go in cause its a black area and its high theft to try on clothes ....hmmmm . Want the money but wont treat the people with the respect of ahh just shopping .However i can try on clothes in Five towns Hmmmm. Riddle me that"

"Not enough workers. Shelves are empty, what they do have are the floor not the racks. Also to leave the store the security had to unlock the door. What is happening here? I stick to gateway"

"Went to this Burlington on November 27th. I was extremely disappointed. The store has only been opened since October 20th of this year. But to look at the inside, you would think it was opened for years. It was cluttered, some merchandise on the floors, hardly any merchandise on the shelves, unappealing displays, haphazardly packed clothing racks with unappealing merchandise. I will never go back there again. I will go to Gateway where merchandise is attractively displayed."

"This was my worst experience at a Burlington store as loyal member. The store is closed at 9pm. I am in the line and they announced that the store is closed everyone should leave they aren’t cashing out any one else. With us in the line and within the store never experienced that in my life. Very unprofessional, I am disappointed in Burlington. It just open and I digested already. Definitely won’t be going back to this location my second and last time."
