"I have shopped here several times and have not felt compelled to leave a review. That all changed this evening when I needed to get a blazer for work and Kyle greeted me with a smile and quickly got to work figuring out my needs and measurements. The first blazer he picked I ended up getting because it fit so well. I also got some shoes and a tie. I wasn't planning on getting a tie but through natural communication he discovered what the occasion was and recommended a nice burgundy tie. I didn't feel rushed or pressured at any point and he made this shopping experience not only smooth but pleasurable."

"Considering they are in a business predominantly predicated on customer satisfaction and people skills, I was surprised when the majority of the people I interacted with were rude, and made the service feel like a chore. My tuxedo jacket did not fit well, I was told it couldn't be taken in because it was a rental. Aside from getting the tux by the time I needed it to attend the wedding, no part of this experience is what I expected it should be."

"Hubby needed a suit, we went here. Clean store with helpful staff- Vito helped us. Nice selection. 4 stars because some items, such as shirts, were out of stock and had to be ordered. Hubby is average size, so they should have had adequate stock. The suit is very nice and they do alterations."
