"My sister and I were rushing around and had to buy a last minute holiday gift. When I got to the cashier, he reminded us about the target app. Although the store was busy with the holidays, he let us know how to utilize the target app and I did not even know I had rewards. Things likd this make a big difference for a customer. William was our cashier and he was excellent!"
"I ordered an item for my sons Christmas present for pick up in store, I received the email that it’s ready for pick up. The next day I’m on my way to pick up my order and someone in the store canceled my order and no one can say why it was canceled. My credit card was charged and no one picks up when I call the store for clarification as to what happened. When I called target customer service for help, they offered me a $20 gift card, am I suppose to give my son a $20 gift card for Christmas???? Worst customer experience ever!!!! The product is now sold out at all Targets and isn’t available for shipping or pickup at any location within a 100 miles of my home."

"The young woman at customer service was quick & perfect! She handled my return & pick up pleasantly & efficiently. Wish I had her name! Then when i went through to cashier for new purchases, i was helped by another wonderful young woman. Keep up the good work :) About a week after that review^ i had a less than stellar experience. (Not expecting perfection - retail is tough!) The young man was alone at the pick-up/return desk. Then he should take turns. Can't take everyone in one line while lonely me waits for him to help the 3 people who got on line well after me. Anyway....good luck :)"
