"Came in for an xl black polo and found other sizes except for extra large. Staff was unhelpful and said whatever you see is what we have so I chose gray instead. Upon ringing me up, the cashier asked 3 separate times if I wanted to sign up for the old navy card for 40% off. Quite annoying after the first time."

"I was there yesterday and walked in to a worker yelling at another worker about the price of jeans in the men’s section. I was extremely uncomfortable and felt terrible for the worker who was being yelled at in front of tons of customers!!! I will not be returning to this location. I’m guessing that was the manager who mortified her employee."

"Good selection of casual clothes, graphic tees, nice sweatpants and sweatshorts and casual pants. Very low prices. Quality of clothing is OK. Fitting room opened and well operated. With person sanitizing between customers. Store very busy with long line and about 8 registers all staffed. This is during mid September 2020. Overall a positive experience"

"Probably 1 of my favorite locations. It is so organized and CLEAN. The staff is super friendly and I did an online order, in store pick up and is was easy and smooth. I will definitely be going back to this location!!"

"Not usually a big fan of Old Navy, but this store is newly remodeled and has good staff. The day I went the place was packed but it was neat, and the dressing rooms were spotless. The girl working in the dressing room area was doing a fantastic job. All in all, one of the most pleasant O.N. experiences Ive ever had."
