"The manager at the East Northport NY location has the worst customer service manners I’ve ever seen. His response to why my purchase was charged in 2 separate transactions was “we don’t have control over that”. Well you should sir or politely see how you can fix the situation. And as I said please void this transaction I’m not going to purchase this today because obviously I don’t want to be charged twice his response was “well you have a nice day” in a very sarcastic and rude manner. Safe to say I will not be shopping at this location again."

"I came in to get a Beach chair. The manager was a white man who says and I quote “ that chair won’t fit you I have a bigger size for your body “ first off that is unprofessional and inappropriate. He assumed it was for me but it was for my child . He needs to be trained correctly. This is honestly disgusting . He looks 25-30 years old working for a sports store please lol. District and region manager need to fire him or bring him back to sales associates"

"Johna helped me pick out some excellent active wear for the season. Even got a rain coat for out toddler and a light up basketball. The layout is spacious which is great for navigating with children and strollers. Fitting rooms are large too. Fit the shopping cart!!! Lots of great finds at regular and discounted prices. Staff is friendly."
