"Did an order online for pickup as I'm disabled and cannot stand for long. Got to the store and couldn't find any of the drive up signs, but saw the desk wasn't too far in and there was no line, so figured I could just make it. Walked in and only had one person in front of me doing a return. After 15 minutes my legs started buckling so I hobbled back out to me car to try and figure out if I missed something when ordering. Called the number in the email- goes to dead tone. Called 3 more times. Dead tone again. At this point I can't walk even to get to my trunk to get my wheelchair so I drive the 45 minutes home. Luckily, I have a mother who can (and was willing to) make the drive and pick up my order. Turns out they "don't do drive up when only one person is scheduled"- on a Saturday afternoon. Would have been good to know when placing the order that the accessibility of the store was dependent on a scheduling manager's whims. TL;DR: Don't place a drive up order here if you actually need drive up. Just have it shipped or go to another store."

"Me and my wife came here to buy shoes for our daughter who just turned 3. My daughter said out loud in front of one of there employees she had to go potty. My wife asked if we could take her to the bathroom and we were told to go to home depot. They really would not allow a 3 YEAR OLD to use their rest room. And from a shopping standpoint there inventory for toddlers hasnt changed for over a year."

"Was in famous footwear today and it was a Horrible experience. One cashier who was trying very hard to handle difficult customers while the manager wandered around doing busy work. The line was past the end of the store but apparently they aren’t allowed to have both registers open at the same time because they are too close to each other. Management was hostile and not helpful at all to the only person working the cashier!!!! I don’t believe I will be back shop there. I would rather take the drive to Deer Park."
